CFC Pastoral Residency Program

The goal of the pastoral residency program is to equip and encourage participants for ministry in the local church. Residencies are led by experienced ministry practitioners who embody the CFC core values of loving shepherd leadership, gospel-centered theology and multiplication-minded vision.

The residency program has two tracks: Replanting/Revitalization and Church Planting

Applications for the 2023-2024 residency program have closed. Registration for next year’s residency will open in early 2024.

Residency Details:

• The program runs for nine months starting in September 2023.
• The residency is not compensated (the CFC will however cover the cost of books and other resources used for the residency).
• Those interested will need to be located or willing to relocate to the Denver area for the duration of the nine months.
• The Church Planting and Replanting/Revitalization tracks are open to men who are gifted and called to pastoral ministry or who are exploring that call.
